This plan is designed for those who have minimal equipment and minimal time. Most people in the Military or Law Enforcement don’t have a ton of spare time. This plan is designed to get you in shape and stronger by just using your body-weight/weighted vests.
This plan will be broken down into 3 Phases of 2 Weeks each. Each phase will progress in reps and intensity of workouts. It will be surprising how strong and fast you can become with no gym!
